When you are growing up, some changes occur in your organism. It is not your appearance only which looks different, but your inner world as well. Since your teen age, you begin understand yourself as an individual with the new principles and ideas. Of course, you need time to accept them and make other people believe that you are an adult and serious person already. You need at least five years to make the order of your numerous "yes" and "no", black and white ideas. You see, it is not a quick process. During five years quantity of the information and possessed skills dominates over the future experience.

Confrontation with the outer world (even with the people you love dearly) is a logical process you should go though and make some conclusions. These conclusions make your life experience. During this time you gain the skills how to participate in the social life, get along with the different people, stand for your point of view, set and achieve the goals, and cope with the problems and conflicts. So, learn how to manage the life situations and get along with the different people well; be firm, but flexible; easy, but self-confident; be the master of your life. Your skills in the socialising and achievements depend on you only.
